Trust me, I know how intimidating it is to sit to meditate or even to try something new. These mediations were designed, quiet honestly, for a student like myself - someone who is super sensitive to pitch, tone, speed, messages, space (not too much, but not too little) -- all the things that keep you from stepping into a mediation practice I have taken into my soul, sprinkled some magic on it and have put it here for you.
