This is the first course in a three part series that is based on my book The Death of Stress - An Inside Look at the Three Tools Responsible for Eliminating Stress. The primary focus of this course is to dig deep into what stress really is, where the source of stress lies in people, and how we can begin to go about eliminating the source of our stress while at the same time reducing the feelings of stress when they are already happening.
The vast majority of stress management information out there only addresses one aspect of stress management, which is the symptoms or feelings of stress. There is also a source of stress. The source of stress is what is causing all of these feelings of stress to show up. In order to truly begin to eliminate your stress you need to work on eliminating the feelings of stress as well as turning off your stress at its source.
This course digs deep into both aspects of stress elimination and will get you on your way toward true stress elimination.
