This course was created to teach children and adults to find a new way of meditation by losing themselves even for just 5 minutes a day. By jumping into a picture you are not thinking about your day or worrying about stuff you don't need. this is a great way to meditate, it is easy and fun to lose yourself this way. Being in the NOW is where we should be, worrying about the future or the past takes a toll on our emotional , physical and spiritual bodies. Our thoughts can be intrusive, by being in the now we can focus on what is important in life, what is going on right now? What is important right now? he future is an illusion and the past is the past. by living in the NOW we can gain control of our thoughts and our life.
Picture jumping is a fun, easy and inexpensive way to to be mindful of our thoughts, to use the imagination in a way no one ever thought possible. each person will have a different image of what goes on in the same picture so it is not the same for everyone. my hope is that people learn to let go and to go with the flow of life. It is hard enough living the day to day without getting stressed out, this is a great way to relax and be comfortable with who you are.
