Unlike yoga poses that are done in isolation, this video course has yoga poses that are done in a choreographed sequence. We move from one asana to another in a gentle manner along with breathwork. There are videos on yoga flow both for the beginner and the intermediate level. You could do this yoga flow even if you don´t have any knowledge of Yoga. Also you could do this if you have been doing yoga for a while, since there are separate videos in this course for both beginners and intermediates. And you could start the yoga flow as a beginner and move on to the intermediate level.
