The idea that we are not enough has been carved into us by society. Everywhere we look we get messages of not-enoughness. You don't have enough money. You don't have enough clothes. You don't have enough cars. You get the picture.

It's a rebellion to lay it all down and just REST into the abundance of WHO YOU ARE. The fact that you are enough, simply for having been born.

Yoga Nidra and Nature Therapy are gentle reminders of the innate healing power that resides within all of us. I believe we can utilize these two tools to soothe the nervous system in times of great confusion and to gain clarity for our next step forward.

Your presenter is Tamara McLellan of Wild Breath. It would be ideal to carve out 2-3 hours in the same day to do this workshop all together. All you need is a soft place to lay down and a computer / headphones. You could bring a candle or create an altar for your practice as well.
