The Workforce Planning and Employment: Recruitment Strategies course is the 7th of 20 courses developed as part of the Human Resources Certification Program.

In a flexible staffing arrangement, be cautious of standardized forms. In topic four, Staffing Alternatives and Labor Market Assessments, the options available through alternative staffing arrangements are explored and labor market trends are discussed.
