Work From Home Like a Boss! (Working Remotely)

Working from home can sound fun or easy. But oftentimes, it isn't! Working from home can be really hard! It's easy to get overwhelmed, distracted, and interrupted, and it can quickly become something you hate if you don't have the tools and mindset to stay organized, focused, and connected. This course is taught by a guy who works from home in a house with five kids. It will cover topics such as:

• Setting boundaries for your employers or clients

• Working from home with a house full of kids (I have five of them myself!)

• Managing your time, so you don't get overwhelmed

• Looking professional during videoconference calls (such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, and WebEx)

These topics will help you feel confident that you're putting your best foot forward while working from home. By the end of the course, you will:

• Have a plan for the perfect home office

• Have a list of equipment, hardware, and apps

• Have a written morning routine

• Have a written weekly schedule

• Have a list of rules and boundaries for yourself and others to respect your time

• Have a for staying physically fit without needing to leave the house

• Have a plan for staying mentally fit and addressing issues like depression

• Be prepared for the unique challenges of working from home!
