This course is for anyone who has tried different ways to get to where they want to be and achieve what they want to achieve, but haven't always been successful. If you don't have the time or flexibility to work with a coach and/or want to try it out by yourself first. From this course you will gain and learn different ways to work on and reach your goal so you can tailor it to your own needs and wants.
We are going to cover a number of different topics and ways to use them everyday. We will cover a lot of information and ideas over a short period of time so make sure not to rush yourself and have a pen and paper ready to take down some notes during each section, you will need it. I will have some quizzes and questionnaires at the end of a few topics. It is for you to start exploring your thoughts and ideas and it is for only you to help you reach what you want to achieve.
