Understanding Success and Motivation

Hi, I’m Dr. Ujjwal Bikram Khadka. I’m a medical doctor, certified Executive Coach, and a published author.

I read of and about successful leaders and learned that all successful leaders are self-motivated and there are certain inherent attributes. And what are those attributes? Successful people are committed to formulating their big ideas and plans; they are committed to ‘making a difference”; and they are committed to execution of their goals and plans.

So, in this course we will learn—

1) How the game and idea of success can be learned through following other successful leaders

2) We will understand how being adept in soft skills and leadership skills can help us ‘get ahead in life’

3) Learn how to correct your ‘mental picture and image’ to correct your outcomes in the world

4) Master the art and craft of acquiring continued sense of motivation and passion

5) Learn why being a “better person” is the way to becoming a success

6) Master the mindset of “bouncing back from failures and setbacks”

7) Learn time management skills to foster enhanced productivity

8) Understand and master the actual steps to create, grow, and share your own unique and compelling voice and brand.

And we’ll perform an assignment. And so much more!

Assignment—

Ask few questions. Answer those questions in few, short sentences.

And here are the questions--

1) Can you name few successful leaders whose lives have positively impacted your outlook on life? What are their unique attributes or special qualities that spoke to you?

2) What big idea or plans or goals did you set for yourself in the past six months? And did you make efforts to execute those ideas and plans? And did you create a timeline in which you wished to succeed?

3) What ongoing efforts are you putting towards execution of your ideas and goals?
