Transitioning to CloudOps

In this course, we will discuss the role a CloudOps Architect plays in transitioning from DevOps to CloudOps, the role of the Cloud Operating Model in defining operational processes; the role of the People, Organization, and Operations domain in determining CloudOps transition processes; the best practices and benefits for transforming enterprise capabilities, the approaches of managing data and information to enumerate the right Cloud transition mechanism along with the common and prominent Cloud transition strategies that we can adopt to build CloudOps transition roadmaps.

We will also discuss the critical systemic principles for planning Multi-cloud transitions, the prominent tools that we can use to plan and deploy CloudOps Solutions; the processes, SLAs, and KPIs associated with running Cloud operations; how to effectively transition processes, data, and platforms to Multi-cloud environments; and how to identify and apply the right CloudOps Maturity Model.

In addition to that, we will also demonstrate how to work with AWS CloudFront to securely deliver data, enable AWS S3 Version Control, and work with AWS CloudWatch to provide data and actionable insights.
