The course is divided into Thirteen Hypnosis Sessions, (there will be more sessions added as this course evolves and grows, all of which you will have complete access, at no extra cost) all sessions are downloadable (Mp3) for you to listen to. As you may see, I have put together a Complete Weight Loss Program for you based on feedback from my personal Weight Loss Classes.  This course is specially designed to Empower You on your successful Weight Loss journey.

The Thirteen Hypnosis sessions are,

  2. Create an image of the Ideal You.  In this Hypnosis session you will visit a wonderful lake and see your reflection change into the person you will become. This image will stay with you and Become Your Goal.

  3. Eliminate your bad Eating Habits. You will visit a lovely beach, there you will find a treasure chest and you will place within it a symbol representing each of your bad eating habits, then Bury The Chest, And Your Bad Eating Habits.

  4. Receiving the Hypnotic Gastric Band. This is a great session, you will visit a clinic and meet a lovely nurse who will look after you throughout. You will experience the procedure as an observer looking down on yourself, No Discomfort and No Anxiety.

  5. Adjusting the Hypnotic Gastric Band.  In this session you will revisit the clinic and have the Hypnotic Gastric Band adjusted, so that you will feel full whilst eating less, another great hypnosis session.

  6. Motivation to Exercise. This Hypnosis session will assist you to exercise, even if it is only walking. As you know the hardest part of anything, is getting started.

  7. Self Esteem & Confidence. Not only do you want to look good, but you also need to FEEL GREAT. This hypnosis session will help you do just that.

  8. Emotional Eating. How many times have you reached for something to eat when you are feeling down. This session will help to stop you from Comfort Eating.

  9. Healthy Eating. To ensure your continuing weight loss, and to keep it going, you must ensure a healthy eating lifestyle. This session will assist you in Stopping Eating Fatty Foods.

  10. Maintaining Your Weight Loss. After putting in  all the hard work, the last thing you want to do, is put it back on again. This Hypnosis session will help you stay on track.
