There are different versions of the Sun Salutation out there and I see so many students being confused about them – like I was also for a long time. You hear about the classic or traditional version, the Sun Salutation A and B and C….

The Sun Salutation is in all it’s versions a perfect sequence of poses which will be repeated several times and can be practiced in so many different ways according to your Unique needs:
