The Path to Purpose: The Power of Choice

Deep within each of us lies a profound need to live a fulfilling and meaningful life unveiling our mission and what would truly fulfil our soul. We might get tempted to borrow others’ recipes for happiness, and struggle to replicate them only to ultimately discover it’s not ours.

In this 4h intro course we will learn the essence of purpose, so you can start looking inside for the life you were meant to live. We will give lectures on what life purpose is, the four fundamental choices to live purposefully, two reflection exercises and a lecture and Hatha Yoga session to understand and build confidence.

The teachers have 15+years of practice and teaching experience and will gladly share their own story and understandings of purposeful living with you on the vast background of spiritual knowledge from the traditions of yoga, tantra, meditation and psychology.

This course is for everyone who wishes to assume a new idea of purpose, that is not so much based on the values of society but rather on the values of your own heart.
