This course will assist you in finding healing from abuse, teach you to ‘do you’, by loving yourself, recognizing healthy relationships, and avoiding those that are toxic. You will start speaking out on abuse, take the risk and safely leave your toxic relationship; you will also learn survival techniques for this COVID-19 era and beyond. If you’re in a new relationship, you will learn how to steer clear of domestic violence and abuse.
