As women we have a monthly hormonal cycle. As our hormones rise and fall within that cycle, our confidence, verbal skills, motivation, and energy also ebb and flow.  When we understand what's going on with our bodies, we can plan for it and use it to our advantage. 

For example, the best time to deliver your webinar is in your ovulation phase!  In this phase both your estrogen and testosterone levels peak which gives you energy and confidence.

** And if you don't have a cycle, you can use the phases of the moon and apply all the same principles.
