The First Time Home Buyer’s Crash Course was designed to help anyone become more confident about the process of purchasing a home in a clear and concise way.  Understanding the home buying process can be extremely stressful and at times, difficult. But, once the process is mastered, it doesn't really change.  

This course is designed to quickly help you learn the important considerations you should make now, BEFORE you begin looking for your dream home so that you will be prepared and feel confident to buy the home you always wanted!

Why Do I Need A Course?

You do not need a course to teach you how to buy a home.  But, if you are buying a home or property for the first time, the course will help you understand several key things about the home buying process.  And, once you understand the process, it doesn’t change so you will be able to master it.

Why Is It A Crash Course?

This is a short, 30 minutes of video that is chunked to give you short, easy but detailed lectures to help explain four key parts of the home buying process.  So while you could effectively take in all of the lectures in a short amount of time, they are action packed with content that will make you think and practice. Some first time homebuyer workshops or seminars may be a day or half day.  But, this course is designed to help you with an overview that you can finish on your own time over a lunch break.  There are follow-up courses you can try for more details.  But, that is completely up to you and your desire to learn more about real estate.
