The Creative Journaling Workshop

The Creative Journaling Workshop is a 12 week programme with a Shamanic twist designed to help you break through barriers. The combination of weekly journaling, making creative pieces and meditation will help you access change.

If you are keen to challenge your beliefs, expand your life and have fun while doing it, this is for you.

This 12 Week programme will include

• Facebook Group for support and interaction

• Weekly meditation

• Each week a creative piece to be made – from pieces you have collected through the years, or the pieces you choose to purchase for this exercise.

• Unlimited access to the material for as long as you require. You never have to fear losing access, should you choose to revisit and perhaps repeat.

• Unlimited support and connection via email.
