The Contemporary Organization

The Contemporary Organization will cover topics such as concepts for organizing modern organizations, the importance of organizational structure, the definition of organizational culture, its importance and implications, organizational goal setting, and an introduction to risk management.  The goal is to paint a broad picture of what a 21st organization is and narrow it down with specific personal applications through assignments, discussion, and deliverables.
