The Chakra System in Real Life

Sometimes learning about the chakra system can be extremely complicated and seem esoteric and unreachable. In this course, I break down the 7 major chakras- explaining what each does, what it looks like in real life when they are imbalanced, and easy and practical ways to bring them back into balance. Some of these include food, lifestyle suggestions, affirmations, mantras, healing practices, as well as essential oils, crystals, and more. Each chakra has a handout that you can download and print if you choose that breaks it all down for you that you can reference quickly and easily.
