The 7 Basic Tools of Quality

The pursuit of quality within organisations is more important today than ever before. - The basic tools of quality. We will cover process map, check sheet, histogram, pareto chart, fishbone diagram, 5 whys and run chart.

- A case study of a real life example of the delivery of these tools within an organisation.
