Therefore, I present to you, a list of 21 things you can try. This way, you get some ideas about what you like and don't like and can choose the ones that do work for you. Once you've made your decision (and you'll feel much better by this point), you can create your own habits.
This workshop will help you stay accountable by joining others doing the same, recording daily in your journal and giving you something to think about and try each day.
