Nina expertly leads you through all aspects of your core; not just the six pack, but also the deeper, stabilizing muscles in your body. You will learn how to maintain a healthy core without leaving your home.
There are two weeks worth of lessons; 5 lessons each week and two rest days. Keep repeating week one until you can do full amount of all the exercises. Once you are comfortable with both weeks' workout you can pick and mix to maintain your strong core.
