MODULE 1: THE ORIGINS OF STRESS EATING + ACTION STEPS TO OVERCOME

• We discuss specific strategies to help mitigate stress and redirect those emotions in a healthy way. We discuss the elephant in the room that is, restriction and discuss how to move through emotions to avoid using food as a coping mechanism.

MODULE 2: THE CYCLES THAT KEEP YOU STUCK + HOW TO END THE CYCLE

• We address the cycle of Shame + Guilt, and how to stop those cycles in their tracks.

• The cycle of guilt is powerful because it encourages you to keep your issues a secret.

MODULE 3: MINDSET.MINDSET.MINDSET-ADDRESSING YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS AROUND FOOD

• We typically take on an all or nothing mentality to avoid the HARD work of moderation, consistency, and daily challenges. We take on extremes, to avoid the HARD work of moderation. We take on CHALLENGES and find every reason in the book to avoid moderation.

MODULE 4: THE INNER WORK

Until you want to be healthy as BAD as you want to breathe, you will struggle to achieve it. You need a strong WHY. Asking it once is not enough. You need to get to the core of your fears, ambitions, and goals.
