This course on stress and stress management has been developed after 20 years of working with patient who struggle with stress. It is called the "Zone Method" and it is a way for people who want to reduce and eliminate the debilitating effects of becoming overwhelmed with stress in their lives. The course provides information, tools and strategies that help people improve their physical, emotional, mental health as it relates to stress. The course is one of three designed to work together to guide a student to a deep understanding of stress and how the mind, body and spirit work together to prevent it's effect. This course will take approximately 1.5 hrs to complete and is structured with video and handouts. This course is unique in that the "Zone Method" is not taught by other instructors and has been developed on real patients with significant stress and anxiety symptoms over many years.
