They are the world leaders because they welcome differences and foster collaboration while demanding innovation. First, we examine the limitations of the old Industrial Paradigm’s emphasis upon quotas and ethnicity and why the Sharing Economy demands a different approach. Second, we explore several components to diversity that have been proven to build innovative teams. Third, we create a strategic plan for building diversity in your organization. Fourth, we create an action plan for implementing diversity from your position of influence within Human Resources.
