Snowforce '19: The Journey from First Touch Attribution to Multi-touch Attribution Models

In this presentation I want to share my experience going from a first touch marketing attribution model with tons of duplicates to modeling a multi-touch marketing attribution model in Salesforce. I will go over my experience gathering requirements, scope creep, the implementation, how we measured success, and the paradigm shift that we went through between intra-marketing departments, Sales, and our business pipeline!
