This course Is an introduction to the Theoretical Concept of Z Transform, The topic Z transform is one of the key concept one should understand in-order to appreciate its applications in system design and filter designing etc.

Although math essential to understand these concepts is well explained in the lecture , having knowledge of math concepts such as trigonometry , some basic concepts of calculus will surely help learner understand this course better.

In chapter 1 I have discussed how to find z transform and some of the special properties of z transform with the help of illustrative example I have also given introduction to the concept of Region of Conversion and its implications in context of signal processing.

Signals are mainly classified in 3 types , Causal , Anti-Causal and both sided signals and their z transform procedure is explained with help of relevant examples.

concept of region of conversion is illustrated with the help of examples, we will also discuss various properties of region of conversion. this will create the foundation for advance topics such as FIR IIR filter designing.

In signal processing there are various other transform those are based on the similar concepts and student can draw Parallel between both the transform so that it is easy to grasp some other transform.

I encourage learners to explore topics like filter designing , sampling and reconstruction of signals. and various other transforms as well.
