For the next 21 days practice the daily challenge and watch your self love grow. In doing so you will not only be able to show more loving kindness to yourself but to others too. The tasks are enjoyable, nurturing to the mind, body and spirit.
Remember, you can't give from an empty vessel so it's important to learn ways to look after ourselves and nurture our needs so we can have more to give.
