Scrum Master Training, Part 1 (of 3)

This course, students will learn the Scrum framework as it relates to project management, specific to Software Development Life Cycles. The students will receive training on:

1. Artifacts of Scrum - the items that Scrum Masters will use and update on a daily basis

2. Ceremonies of Scrum - the events that Scrum Masters will conduct and facilitate throughout the life cycle of the project

3. Roles of Scrum - the new roles to the Scrum framework, including the key attributes of each role and how to make them successful

As a bonus we've included best practices on Estimation in Scrum which is a very highly sought after skill in today's job market. 

This course is part one in a three part training series for students to be eligible to take the Lean & Scrum Conqueror Certification course.
