Theory is combined with in-factory practice to solve realistic problem-cases, resulting in well-rounded machine owners that can expertly stabilise production. This is a crucial starting point towards Industry 4.0.

This basic level Scientific Molding course is a systematic training programme designed for the plastics injection moulding industry. There are topics from material science, moulding machine, moulding process, periphery equipment and mould. From basic to expert levels, the courses progressively improve the participants' injection moulding knowledge and raise their ability to diagnose and solve problems effectively. Its main differentiating advantage compared to other training programs is that the practical 7-trial step for molding optimization. Students who can successfully utilize the 7 trial is prepared for the first step toward scientific molding, lean production and automation. Thus becoming a qualified application engineer in the plastics industry.
