Whether you are just starting to run or you are an experienced runner, this course will help you to incorporate cross-training using Pilates exercises in order to get better at running and to prevent running injuries. Instead of rehabbing and having some downtime from running, you can prehab running injuries or prevent them from happening with proper training, so you can keep running more and still enjoy it!
