Returning to the Workplace: Assessing Individuals Risks

During the Corona-virus (Covid-19) or in fact any pandemic it is paramount that any workforce is protected to minimize the risk of infection spreading. This course is aimed at individuals with responsibility for staff members and how to safely get them back into the workplace creating a 'secure site'. One of the first 5 principles outlined by the UK Government is to undertake Covid related employee risk assessments and this course will assist in completing them for your employees. The course is broken down into the following units;

What are the current threats?

How to safely return employees

How to determine vulnerability

Completing Part A of the risk assessment process

Completing Part B of the risk assessment process

What control measures are available?

You will also be provided with a template risk assessment that can be edited, downloaded and used, which I have used throughout the pandemic. Along-with guidance and other resources relevant to the subjects.

I have created and completed individual risk assessments to key workers who have worked through the pandemic and for individuals who have yet to return so have strong experience in the area.
