Reframing Corona

The corona pandemic has completely changed life as we knew it. Most of us have had to make radical changes - in our habits, our work, our social life, and in our thinking.

How do we deal with radical change? Can we develop a "radical change mindset", and learn to embrace change instead of being stuck in frustration and resistance?

In this course we will examine in detail five levels of radical change - acceptance, shifting, reframing, mobilisation and redesign - and learn how to apply these to the most important issues in our lives and our work. We then turn thinking into action through experimentation. We can recover our agency, and approach this global crisis as a way to accelerate the changes we want to make in our lives, in our work, and for our future.

This material is based on the lectures and workshops I have given - mostly online - to thousands of individuals since March 2020, and to organisations across a wide variety of sectors, from banking to supermarkets to government ministries.
