Realistic Guide for Managing Your First Project

Project Management is in a great place right now. And it isn’t going anywhere for a long time. Where projects exist, a PM is needed. It’s not a career for everyone, but those who do choose it (or fall into it), it can be incredibly satisfying. Not to mention, the salary usually isn’t too shabby.

One of the biggest issues with the Project Management world is the mystification of what really goes on behind the scenes, and what a PM does. There are two sides to that coin.
