Mornings are my favourite time to practice yoga, but time is often too tight for me to get to a studio. I'm sure you've had the same problem.
That's why I created these four 30 minute all levels vinyasa yoga sessions to start your day right without even having to leave your home.
Warm your muscles and joints, boost your breathing and circulation, and clear your mind so that you are ready to tackle whatever the day brings.
You’ll need:
Yoga mat
Yoga block
Strap or belt
Release/ waiver: These yoga classes involve some physical exertion including (but not limited to) weight-bearing on the hands, balancing, strength work, stretches, compression with a block or ball, breathing exercises and poses that influence nerves and circulation.
