Quality Management

The Quality Management course will teach the students on techniques and methodology to develop, improve and implement quality control programs at their workplace. This course will enable the students to incorporate quality in the project, prioritize the requirements to meet the end-customer’s quality requirements, implement quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure project success. It also teaches on the development of a quality management plan. The course is based on the real-world scenarios to give the students a better understanding of what they are learning.
