Welcome to Pure Golf Core, a core fitness plan specific for golf. Research has shown that development of the core is necessary to maintain proper posture throughout the swing, sequence each phase of the swing properly and generate speed through impact.

In this course, you are going to how to progressively design and engage in a specific core training program. These exercises will improve core strength, endurance, stability, proprioception and power.
This is a 17 week plan divided into four phases. You will need some different types of modalities such as swiss balls, cables and medicine balls. Each week you will have sets of core exercises to complete focusing either on stabilization, strength, endurance or power.
