Designed by Ms Cheryl Sum, this course will enable participants to evaluate a property's attributes and investment viability. Participants will also learn how to valuate property investments logically, whilst taking into account hidden costs and improving their financial prudence.

Through engaging and interactive learning activities, participants will definitely gain insights and be more informed when it comes to evaluating and investing in the property market.

The learning outcomes of the course are as follows:

1. Calculate capital outlay, mortgage repayment and return on investment of a property
2. Identify capital growth qualities of a property
3. Identify common building defects
