Project Management - How to Conduct Document Walkthroughs

This course is a result of 25 years of consulting project management experience, including running lots of document walkthroughs on numerous projects at various organizations. This course will review methods of conducting document reviews, types of reviews, what documents should be reviewed, what questions should you expect and things to be on the lookout for. I will also share several ideas on how to improve measurability in your documentation.
