When first diagnosed, it can be a real intimidating time, but beginning to understand that you already have the strength in you to create the life that you want then things can become easier.

Each module in this course is set up so that you can begin to tackle your past then lay the foundation for your future, after that we move into building resilience so that you can work though the future events that are going to come into your life without stacking the past situations on to it too.

Finally, we work on creating your future, what do you want your life to look like? How do you live your life fulfilled everyday despite being diagnosed?

Your life from this day forward will not be the same, you will not be the same person you were before, but you are going to be a better person, one that is strong and can make it through any situation in your future.

Today is the first day for the rest of your life.
