PMP - Data Representation Techniques (PMBOK 6)

Data Representation Techniques are referred to a graphical representation of data. This course will outline the techniques for creating a visual display of data to help in aligning and understanding the various aspects of a project. The sequence will highlight some of the basic techniques such as flowcharts and mind mapping as well as the advanced techniques for data representation including probability and impact matrix. Using these techniques will bring a life to the information and makes it more elaborate and understandable.
