To cook different dishes from our own context it is sometimes a difficult goal to achieve. Something simple like choosing the ingredients looks like a big deal. But it should not be like that, the cuisine in each place in the world is the perfect sample of their own culture process and history.
Understanding the meaning of where the dishes come from, we will put forth on a trip through the Peruvian cuisine.
I am Pablo Naranjo, a Chef with more than 15 years of experience in the international cuisine, from east to west I have travelled extensively in cultures with the aim to learn about those through its food. And this is why I want to embark upon together to a trip around Peru.
