How to do this activity?
1. Make a list of people who know you very well. Ask close people, friends and people who know you well. Don’t ask people who don’t you. Ask them, what do you think are my top 2 strengths?
1. Think about your strengths. Ask yourself these questions:
a. What specific knowledge you have that others don’t? This could include skills, education, or certifications.
b. What awards have you received in school, college or job?
c. Which achievements are you most proud of?
d. Are you part of a network that no one else is involved in? What people connections do you have with powerful people?
Examples of strengths: fast decision maker, fast action taker, strong network of people, certifications, presentation skills, rapport building, listening skills, analyzing data, public speaking, attention to detail, motivating teams, creating designs.
