If you think you're lucky to be where you are, just had "good timing", or have somehow tricked everyone around you into thinking you're more intelligent and competent than you really are, you may have impostor syndrome.
Imposter syndrome isn't a made up thing, nor is it, as the name implies, some mental deficiency - it's a natural part of being human.
It's a feeling we can get when we look around and don't see anyone like us, when we're in a situation that makes us uncomfortable and pushes our current boundaries, or when we've achieved a new level of success in our lives.
This course has a simple goal - to help you manage, or in some cases, completely overcome these feelings.
You'll hear the first-hand experience of people just like you - how they came to experience impostor syndrome, and how they manage it. You'll get their strategies so you can test them out, and find what works best for you. And you'll learn how to handle not just these feelings, but any uncomfortable feelings that move you away from what you truly want.
On behalf of myself and all those here to help you, welcome to the next stage in your acceptance of the true you. It's wonderful to have you here with us.
