Negotiatress- Intro to Gendered Negotiation

The Negotiatress method is about learning to ask for what you want, and getting it using your own natural skills, rather than emulating outdated, one-size-fit-all tricks. Women (and others) often find themselves uncomfortable in negotiation situations, as they are often pressured to adopt old-fashioned masculine methods of negotiation that don't fit the actual realities they face, or are discouraged from negotiating for themselves at all.

This course will show you a different kind of negotiation- one there is nothing to fear of! You will learn that you already have all the natural skills required to develop your personal negotiation style, all you need to do is wield them correctly, and shed some common preconceptions about what negotiation looks like!
