In this course we explore the Art of the American West through the work of the miners. The course also encourages and shows you how to participate by doing some mining of your own. Mining played and plays a fundamental role in the history of the American West. In this course we study and enjoy the art in the activity of mining. You will meet these colorful, hard working people that forged the region.
