While we are at home, social distancing and keeping ourselves and our communities as healthy as possible, we have a great opportunity to look inward and level up our self-care as parents.
I am rooting for you to establish a daily meditation practice. This is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. The gift of stability and structure; flexibility and freedom.
I offer you 14 meditations to support you to establish a daily 6-minute meditation routine consisting of:
2 minutes of silence
2 minutes of reflection on the Higher Self
2 minutes of gratitude
Your daily 6-minute meditation practice will help you access emotional stability more quickly and develop trust in your ability to access inner calm. By looking within yourself for self-mastery of human instincts such as anger and fear, your trust in yourself will become unshakeable.
