This course guides you through self awareness, self worthiness and provides you with practical tools for dealing with the limiting beliefs, negative thinking and ineffective states that hold you back from having all that you want.

This is not about manifesting a red car into your garage, this is about learning about who you are and becoming a match for your divine supply.

The course includes slides explaining concepts, face to face video where I share my experiences as well as guided meditations, worksheets and journal prompts and it is completely self paced.
