In this introductory course I will teach you why we love sugar and why it’s so hard to quit or cut back. We will have a look at basic brain physiology, hormonal imbalances, conditioned behaviours, and our inability to deal with emotions. Once you have the basic knowledge about how our brains function and why you feel and act the way you do when you are faced with sugar, we will have a look at how to get rid of our cravings. I will give you the tools that I have used to finally take control of my cravings and talk you through how to use them.
With these tools, a little bit of patience, and a little bit of practice, you will be able to take control of your cravings and quit sugar for good. Or if you prefer, to only have sugar on special occasions without the risk of falling back into old habits.
