In my course, you'll learn how to improve your hockey skills from home through a series of hockey related workouts. Each video is focused on a different hockey skill, helping you become a better overall hockey player and athlete.
In this course, you will be provided with four workouts specialized on a different skill Starting with a skating workout, stickhandling workout, shooting workout, and ending with an extreme endurance workout.
Ever since I first stepped on the ice at the age of 2 I have been very passionate about this sport. Hockey has given so much to me from everlasting memories and life skills, such as respect, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
I have been playing In the north york hockey league on the avenue road ducks for around 6 years and through those years I have become one of the leaders on the team.
Going into our final season of hockey as a team, I was named our captain.
As the captain, I had plans to lead our team to the finals and win our first championship but When the pandemic hit, our last hockey season was cancelled and I never got the opportunity to step on the ice with the captaincy.
My main challenge became, how do i continue to be a leader with the season being cancelled.
After a long time of brainstorming ways, I finally came up with an idea and decided to create this course to allow my teammates and other hockey devotees the ability to train at home during the pandemic.
